Accounts and eligibility
Give accurate account and profile information. Keep access credentials secure. Public athlete profiles require age 16 or older and age confirmation; verified parental consent is not yet implemented. Coaches must receive separate approval before dedicated recruiting tools unlock.
Conduct and accuracy
Do not impersonate others, fabricate statistics or recruiting claims, harass, threaten, exploit minors, commit fraud, post private information, spam, or use stolen media. You are responsible for the content you submit and must correct known inaccuracies.
Your content and our limited license
You retain ownership of your original content. You grant TCI Athletics a non-exclusive license to host, process and display submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate the service and according to your visibility choices. Separate informed permission is needed for promotional reuse outside the service.
Recruiting and third parties
The platform provides visibility, not guaranteed recruitment, scholarships, admission, eligibility or professional contracts. External services, schools and coaches make independent decisions. Verify opportunities through official institutional channels.
Moderation and appeals
Administrators may restrict content or remove accounts for harmful conduct, fraud or policy violations. Urgent protective action may precede notice. You may request reasons and appeal through Contact and Complaints, subject to safety and legal restrictions.
Availability and responsibility
The service may be interrupted or changed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, recruiting outcomes and independently supplied information are not guaranteed. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer or other legal rights; responsibility and liability provisions require legal review.
Disputes and changes
Contact support first to discuss concerns. Governing law, legal entity, business address and formal dispute terms: NOT YET PROVIDED — qualified legal review required. Material changes will be dated here and may require fresh account acknowledgment. Existing records are not evidence of acceptance of earlier versions.
