Verification and Accuracy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026 · Version 2026-10-17
Draft for qualified legal review. These policies do not establish full legal compliance or protection from lawsuits.
Different meanings
Most profiles, statistics and achievements are user-submitted. Eligible public publication is automatic, not a review of accuracy. An existing athlete badge indicates administrator review of the profile, not proof of every claim or an endorsement of ability. Coach approval is access review, not comprehensive background screening.
Specific verified milestones
A verified Career Journey entry identifies a checked source supplied by the administrator. Only that entry is marked verified; changed entry content loses its verification. Institutional claims should be independently confirmed with the named institution.
Corrections and disputes
Athletes can correct their submissions. Report fabricated achievements, inaccurate statistics, impersonation or disputed affiliations through Contact and Complaints. Administrators may review sources, remove false material and record decisions. No badge guarantees recruiting success.
