Scam Prevention and Reporting Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026 · Version 2026-10-17
Draft for qualified legal review. These policies do not establish full legal compliance or protection from lawsuits.
Independently verify
We cannot guarantee every person’s identity or intentions. Confirm coaches and schools using official institutional contact details, not only a profile or badge. We do not claim comprehensive background checks.
Warning signs
Guaranteed scholarships, paid roster promises, requests for money or credentials, pressure and unofficial email addresses may indicate scams. Never share passwords, authentication codes, financial credentials or unnecessary identity documents.
Reporting
Use recruiting, impersonation or safety categories. Signed-in reports are saved for administrator review with status updates. Urgent safety reports are flagged for priority review, without a guaranteed response deadline. Contact emergency services where necessary.
