Account Suspension, Termination and Appeals Policy

Restrictions
Fraud, impersonation, harmful conduct, unauthorized content or serious safety risks can lead to content restrictions, coach-access suspension or permanent account removal. Administrators may act urgently to protect users. Existing profile edits normally publish immediately; profile rejection alone is not a permanent account suspension.
Fair review
Use the appeal category and explain the decision disputed and relevant evidence. A removed user can email support. Appeals are reviewed where appropriate, subject to safety/legal restrictions; reinstatement is not guaranteed.
Deletion and retention
Permanent administrator removal deletes the account and linked profile records. Associated stored files, logs and backups may require separate cleanup or lawful retention. Users currently request deletion through support; no automatic total-erasure deadline is promised.
